Sad Bear King | Tom Ryan's Studio

People ask me, why the wings on an animal that doesn't have them to begin with? And I tell them I think it's funny, there's something humorous to me about seeing a big beastly bear with tiny little wings. Angel Bear is an original character of sorts that I created. And is the third in a series of animals with wings and either halos or crowns.

Medium: Spray Paint, and acrylic, this painting was created primarily using foam brushes and spray cans.

Prints Available Below.

Each print has been printed on a somerset enhanced velvet Paper (mould made of 100% cotton, this radiant white paper yields exceptional depth of color with a true velvety fine art texture. The surface of the paper becomes an inherent part of the finished print, without overwhelming the image, but adding a fine art element to the composition.) with Archival Ink.

I use this paper with the combination of the archival inks because it gives me the ability to include some incredible detail. If you get this and you notice some creases, please don't panic! They're added in there as a designed element and is part of the piece.

This Print is an Open Image, all images will be personally signed by myself and shipped in a mailing tube.
